Workplace Financial Resilience Survey

COVID-19 has led many businesses and public organisations to re-focus on the financial resilience of their employees. This includes ways to support staff to build savings and reduce debt, as well as employee benefits such as low-interest loans and salary advances.
As a not-for-profit financial provider, London Mutual Credit Union is committed to helping organisations navigate this ‘new normal’.
That’s why we’ve launched our first Workplace Financial Resilience Survey, to gather feedback from employers about the financial issues affecting their staff, and the types of support they would consider offering in future.
As a small way of saying thank you for your time, all survey respondents we will enter you into a draw for a £100 Amazon Gift Card. All respondents will also receive a copy of the survey results when they are published.

The Survey consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, and takes no more than five minutes to complete.
