What we can do
We take pride in helping members who are in financial difficulties, so if you’re concerned about keeping up with your repayments, get in contact with us and we will do all we can to help.
To ensure we have the full picture of your current situation, we may ask you complete an Income & Expenditure form.
We can then agree a suitable solution. This could involve a repayment plan which would spread your loan repayments over a longer period of time.
What is the income and expenditure form?
The income and expenditure form will help us understand your circumstances better by taking into consideration your income, outgoing and payments to other creditors.
This will enable us to see what’s left over (after bills all are paid) to make sure the agreed solution is manageable and fits your circumstances.
We also encourage you to speak to other creditors and reach similar arrangements.

In some situations, you may want to seek independent debt advice from another organisation. This is particularly helpful where you owe money to several separate creditors or want confidential advice and help.
