Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the participation in the prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) organised by London Mutual Credit Union Limited (the “Organiser”).
1.2 By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions made by the Organiser, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a) Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
b) Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
c) Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Prize Draw, eligible participants must complete the following steps:
a) Visit the website landing page for this promotion (https://creditunion.co.uk/family-days-out-giveaway/)
b) Use the ‘Enter for the Chance to Win!’ box on the landing page to enter your name and email address which will be entered in the prize draw.
3.2 Entrants may receive further entries into the Prize Draw (‘chances to win’) by sharing the link across different messaging channels via the mechanism provided on the landing page. To be considered eligible for the prize draw, each referral must be via their own personal social media profiles, and that the individuals the link is sent to must be known personally to the user.
3.3 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to be submitted by the closing date for any reason.
4. Prizes
4.1 The Prize for the Prize Draw shall be determined by the Organiser and communicated to the winner.
4.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The Prize will be drawn on a weekly basis between 24 July 2023 and 8 September 2023. The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 A maximum of one prize is available per entrant; those who have won a prize in a previous draw will not be entered into in subsequent draws, and will be considered ineligible to win further prizes.
5.3 The winner will be notified at the email address provided within fourteen [14] days of the Prize Draw taking place. The winner must respond within 14 days of receiving the notification, providing the necessary information for prize delivery.
5.4 If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity
6.1 By participating in the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to take part in any publicity related to the Prize Draw or the Organiser, including the use of their name, photograph, and other relevant details in promotional materials.
7. Privacy
7.1 The Organiser will process participants’ personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and to the use of their personal contact details for the purposes described in the ‘consent’ box on the signup form.
8. General
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Prize Draw or these Terms at any time, for any reason.
8.2 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and binding.
8.3 The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any participant as a result of entering or participating in the Prize Draw, accepting or utilizing the Prize, or any act or omission of the Organiser or its agents.
8.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
