London Mutual Responds to the Death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

All of us at London Mutual Credit Union wish to express our sadness upon hearing of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

We know that many of our members will wish to join us in sending our deepest sympathies to His Majesty the King and to the Royal Family. The Queen’s lifetime of public service shaped communities, including our own, for the better, and her sense of duty to others inspires us all.

In accordance with Monday 19 September being declared a bank holiday, London Mutual’s branches, as well as our telephone and email helpdesk, will be closed throughout the day, giving our staff and members time to reflect, pay their respects and to observe the state funeral of Her Majesty should they wish to do so. We will re-open as normal the following day, Tuesday 20 September.

If you have any questions or concerns about how the additional bank holiday will affect planned payments into or out of your account, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We thank you for your support during this time of national mourning.
