Our Christmas loans deadline (December 10th) has now passed. Any loan applications we receive now are not guaranteed to be processed before Christmas Day. Christmas is our busiest period and we are currently processing thousands of applications from our members. Our loans team will be working overtime right up to Christmas eve to carefully consider every application that has been received, and for a positive outcome.

If you have already applied with us, you can track the process of your loan using our loan tracking tool. To avoid delays, please make sure you provide all requested documents and keep an eye out for any requests from our team for further information from you. Please try to avoid calling us about your loan application, as we are unable to give updates over the phone and lines will be very busy.

You can still apply for a loan with us online or in branch. However, we can not guarantee that your application will be processed before Christmas. Applying online is simple and takes less than 15 minutes. Thank you to everyone that applied before the deadline, we are working twice as hard to make sure your applications are processed before the 25th.
